Tweak : (growing up on methamphetamines) by Nic Sheff

The first 160 pages was very graffic of the drug life of a Meth head. This book was about trying to survive the addiction that tears lives apart. Nic was able to write about how it was for him growing up in a "normal" family and just "trying" Meth and then his descent down to a hell on earth. At the end of his book he was clean and sober but I later read on his blog he had relapsed.
